A set of two English earthenware transfer-print jugs, with a repeated poppy motif in deep cobalt blue, nicely highlighted with gold accents and clear stamps on the bases. Manufactured in Stoke-on-Trent by Winkle and Co. Production date circa 1911 - 1925.
Condition: Good – no chips or cracks. Slight ‘rubbing’ to the gold decoration - commensurate with age.
