This TV/media unit has been totally handmade by craftsmen in Java, using enormous planks of Suar wood. The generously wide top will comfortably hold a large TV and the low shelf provides useful storage. Despite its chunky construction, the simple 'A frame' style ensures a sleek and contemporary look. The shelf undersides are gently curved; an unusual feature. The wood has been gently waxed to show off the grain to best advantage. Solid, robust and beautiful - it takes (at least) two strong people to lift. If treated with care, this will become an heirloom piece that will last far longer than your telly!
