Made from solid mango wood that has been gently waxed to show off the natural grain, this trunk has been hand decorated with traditional Indian flower and vine motifs that decorate the top, front and side panels. The back panel is unpainted. Gentle shades of cream, pale pink, soft green and buttercup predominate - all set against a deep turquoise background. The capacious plain interior gives plenty of storage space and the hinged lid is fitted with a pair of safety chain restraints. Please note: The paint finish has been treated to give the appearance of age and wear. The look is intentional and should not be regarded as imperfect.
